    Hi all,

Do you have a Samsung Galaxy S6 in dire need of a case? I'M YOUR GAL!

I have a brand new Lifeproof case I mistakenly ordered thinking it was for the S6 Edge+. I was wrong. It's waterproof, it's drop-proof. It's FUCKING LIFEPROOF.

Yours for $30, it's AVALANCHE colored.

Weight and pack size. If you get into the $300-400 range there are some stellar options. Like, bags that weigh 1lb and pack down to a grapefruit. I made the mistake of getting a 20(?) degree bag that weighs 4lbs and packs to the size of a medium watermelon. It's warm but it's huge and somewhat heavy. I got a feathered friends 30deg "flicker" and it's awesome, though it's almost too warm for summer

Like, how are you going to carry this bag? 1-3lbs of weight is a lot, it could be used for things like cans of beer.
  • KendraKendra Riding Level: 1,356
beer will also make you feel warm in the wilderness.
  • bicyclefunkbicyclefunk Riding Level: 711
that's a good point, Miguel and Kendra, but I'm not drinking until next spring, so it's not applicable.

the last bag was the size of a small watermelon and that was enough for me. Went in my saddlebag real nice, but it ripped, so I returned it. It was a full synth bag, REI online special. Didn't breath at all, and so I was drenched in my own sweat on even a low 60 night, but that was the east coast (too humid for me).

it would be nice to have a grapefruit or softball sized bag, but at the moment, unnecessary.

when I finish school (just a couple more years) and making money (so much money) I will get a nice bag. in a couple more years bag technology could be so advanced, that my 20 bag will be the size of my fist, or a wiffle ball (and comparable in weight).

In the meantime, I'm looking for a 32 or lower medium watermelon sized bag for about $100.

I am also considering hammock camping, but one thing at a time.

The people on /r/ultralight seem to love/hate the Aegismax bags. They pack down real small, though.

exactly. the guy i talked to said the down is not all white and you can see it through the fabric but it doesnt smell funky. they're cheap, they work well enough, and they pack small.
