    can we privatize the forum now that we have mods actually approving new members?
  • jerryjerry Riding Level: 4,339
    no because two of you shirked out on dealing with that guy in the queue
  • jerryjerry Riding Level: 4,339
    also we don't get a lot of repeat traffic from unregistered unique addresses, so it's not like there's a whole crop of people out there just lurking and not applyticipating.

    I took care of it! I couldn't tell if was a real person or not. So i googled the email address and APPARENTLY there are websites that will tell you if it's a bot! It was. It was a bot.

    ok new idea!
    when you apply for an account I think it says: "tell us why you think this is a good idea" or something like that. can we ask new users to reference bikes in someway in this portion?

    I actually do know how to code but not in that language - guessing it's something used for forums IDK.
  • wookiewookie Riding Level: 1,146
    edited March 2015
    Dunno, @slam's code looks like C or something, and that's kind of a heavy language for coding a forum.

    edit: If it is C, and I remember correctly from the one C class I took in 1999, I'm pretty sure that code is even commented. A+, would lol again.

    edit edit: I do not, and it is not. Still funny though.
  • jerryjerry Riding Level: 4,339
    @slam's is like pseudo-C++
